MICROCHIP MCP3204-CI/P Analogue to Digital Converter, 12 bit, 100 kSPS, Single, 2.7 V, 5.5 V, DIP

The MCP3204-CI/P is a 4-channel 12-bit Analog-to-digital Converter (ADC) with SPI serial interface and on-board sample and hold circuitry. The ADC is programmable to provide two pseudo-differential input pairs or four single-ended inputs. This is programmable to provide four pseudo-differential input pairs or eight single-ended inputs. Differential nonlinearity is specified at ±1LSB, while integral nonlinearity is offered in ±1 and ±2LSB version. Communication with the devices is accomplished using a simple serial interface compatible with the SPI protocol. The devices are capable of conversion rates of up to 100ksps. The ADC device operates over a broad voltage range. Low current design permits operation with typical standby and active currents of only 500 and 320µA respectively.
