Startech PEX4S953 PEX4S953 Serial Interface PCI Express RS232 4 Port Expansion Card
Provides four additional RS232 serial ports for your PC, ideal for connecting multiple legacy devices such as card readers, printers, PIN pads and modems. Serial connections are 9-pin D-Sub male via the included 4-way breakout cable and the board is fitted with a full size bracket.
- Compatible with industry standard 16950 UART
- Maximum data transfer rate of 921.6kb/s thanks to the ASIX AX99100 chipset
- Provides 5/12V power output on pin 9 (when external power is connected)
- 256-byte depth FIFO cache per transmitter and receiver
- Supports 9, 8, 7, 6, 5 data bits (one per port)
- PCI-Express x1 interface
- Pre-fitted with full size bracket and supplied with Low Profile bracket
