The LP2980AIM5-3.3/NOPB is a fixed-output Voltage Regulator designed specifically to meet the requirements of battery-powered applications. Using an optimized VIP (vertically integrated PNP) process, the LP2980-N delivers unequaled performance in all specifications critical to battery-powered designs of dropout voltage, ground pin current, sleep mode, minimum part count and precision output.
- Ultralow dropout voltage
- Requires only 1µF external capacitance
- Low ground pin current at all load currents
- High peak current capability (150mA typical)
- Fast dynamic response to line and load
- Low ZOUT over wide frequency range
- Ensured 50mA output current
- 0.5% (A Grade) Output voltage accuracy
- <1µA Quiescent current when shutdown
